The increase is financed by undistributed profit from 2006 and involves the issuance of 367,000 new registered, paper, non-privilege, voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.
On 8 August 2007 Etropal AD issued an emission of bonds worth 2 000 000 euros for a period of 60 months and floating interest 3-month EURIBOR +3.25%. The emission's underwriter is Piraeus Bank AD, Euro Finance AD is co-managing.
The company will use the money to fund its investment program, as well as to provide operating cash.
Etropal AD posted 436,000 leva (222,923 euros) profit in H1 2007. In July the company cleared an emission of bonds worth 750,000 euros (383,468 euros).
The two companies are part of the structure of Eurohold Bulgaria () , which posted a pre-tax profit in the amount of 3.451 mln leva in H1. 9606 shares changed hands on the position today at prices between 5.84 and 5,98 leva/share.
