The share of exports of Haskovo-based Himmash rose from 5% in 2006 to 15% in 2007, the financial report of the company submitted to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) shows.

The net income from the core activity of the company amounted to 6.171 mln. leva in 2007, which represents a 37.38-percent year on year increase.

Himmash booked 44 000 leva net profit for 2007, compared to 24 000 profit netted for the previous year.

The assets of the company totaled 13.901 mln leva as at the end of 2007, up from 12.033 mln leva a year earlier.

Kalvacha Engineering of Stara Zagora, Enemona of Kozloduy, Insa Oil of Rakovski, Lukoil Neftochim of Bourgas, KCM of Plovdiv, Energoremont Holding of Sofia, NEK, Kozloduy NPP, Chelopech Mining, Romania's SC Rominserw, UK's Dorr Oliver Eimco and France's Mecamidi are among the major clients of the company.

Gordon Holdings Llc owns 49.2% of the caiptal of Himmash, while HT Hepotek has a 24-percent interest in the company. Himmash's stock was last traded on BSE on March 10 at a price of 10 leva per share.
