Total revenues in the period amounted to 4.345 mln leva. More than half of them (2.231 mln leva) came from sales of apartments in the Santa Marina complex near Sozopol, and the remaining came from revaluation of the landed properties acquired by the company near Sozopol and Sandanski occupying a total area of 100,000 sq meters.
In the first quarter the company agreed 100 new sales thus bringing the total amount of apartment sales to 219. Net profit in the three months ended 31 march totaled 2.125 mln leva increasing the company’s assets to 10 mln leva (together with the revaluation).
FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia’s assets already amount to 81.822 mln leva. Its core capital stands at 50.7 mln leva.
The main shareholder of the company is FairPlay International AD with 74% of its capital.
6,160 shares of FairPlay Properties REIT changed hands yesterday at 1.09 leva/share.
