After the temporary ban on the tender offer, the majority shareholder of AutoBohemia AD-Sofia – Favorit Hold AD-Sofia announced today it was offering 6.00 leva for one share of the company. Its offer is 10.29% higher than the other shareholders of the company.

Favorit Hold, which owns 1,867,770 shares or 98.91% of the company’s capital, intends to delist the company from the register of public companies kept by the Financial Supervision Commission.

The number of shares included in the tender offer is 20,498 and the authorized investment broker in the offer is IB Favorit AD.

AutoBohemia registered a profit of 36,000 leva in the first quarter of 2007 down 4,000 leva from the same period last year.

The Financial Supervision Commission has not issued its statement about the corrected tender offer as yet. The last transaction involving shares of AutoBohemia AD was made on 14 march at 3.50 leva/share. There are no bids on this position at the moment.
