Foreign direct investments in Bulgaria totalled 11,500 million euro in the past three years, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin said upon the presentation of an Oxford Business Group's publication on Bulgaria's economic development.

The country expects 4,700 million euro in investments for 2008. Additionally, Bulgaria could utilize about 7,000 million euro from the EU funds within various operational programs, Kalfin recalled.

Minister Ivaylo Kalfin said he finds the publication of Oxford business group very useful, especially for foreign investors as it presents the country's economic development and all macroeconomic indicators.
