The project is expected to be completed by April 2009. The investor - Terachim 97 is planning to pour some 20 mln leva (10.225 mln euros) in the construction. The center will create 400 job vacancies.
Total built-up area will be nearly 16,000 sqm, of which 10,000 commercial premises.
The 5-storey mall will have 45 shops, a supermarket, fast food outlets, coffee shops, a night club, a bowling alley, a game club with electronic and pool games, a day care, and offices. An indoor parking will be built for the convenience of the guests.
NAI ProCorn is the consultants company, authorized to rent out premises in the new mall. Negotiations with various brands have already started.
“Although the project is still on an early stage of development, there is a lot of interest from foreign investors,” said Yani Stoimenov, NAI ProCon CEO. Among them are Lidl, Technomarket, La Senza, Leonardo etc.”
