Globul revenues reached BGN 374.2 million in the first six months of 2007, marking another impressive performance by the company and annual growth of 22.5%.

Globul earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for January – June 2007 increased almost 27% on the year to BGN 143.5 million. Company’s net revenue stood at BGN 47.27 million, a 59% year-on-year growth.

Globul customer base reached 3,573,172 at the end of June, up by 33% year-on-year and representing market share of 39.7%, according to company estimates.

Globul post-paid subscribers number increased by 56% year-on-year in the first half of 2007 to 1,349,011, representing nearly 38% of the operator’s total clients while pre-paid services users number stood at 2,224,161, a 22% year-on-year increase.

Globul revenues for the second quarter of 2007 stood at BGN 195.4 million, up by 21.3% compared to the same period of the past year. Company’s EBITDA for the period of April to June 2007 reached BGN 74.3 million, which is an annual growth of some 25%. Globul net revenue for the second quarter of 2007 stood at BGN 26.1 million, compared to BGN 15.2 million in the second quarter of 2006.

Globul blended ARPU for the six months of 2007 stood at BGN 18.76 and the blended AMOU reached 88 minutes, up by 22% year-on-year.
