The company's capital is in the amount of 1.299 mln leva (664,168 euros) allocated in as many shares with a face value of 1 leva. The issue will be traded under the code HYDRO.
Two weeks ago Borislav Nedyalkov, chair of the Board of Directors told Profit.bg that the company will offer 300,000 shares, or about 23% of its capital at a closed mixed auction in November.
The Board of Directors in BSE-Sofia now has to set a date for floating of the issue.
Hodroizomat reported revenues from core activity in the amount of 1.309 mln leva (669,281 euros) in 2007 H1, versus 653,000 leva (333,873 euros) a year ago. Pre-tax profit stood at 208,000 leva (106,348 euros), against 30,000 leva (15,338 euros) in 2006 H1.
Hidroizomat was founded in 1962. The company offers installation of thermal insulation systems, water proofing, repairs, transport services etc.
