Holding Varn A is planning to increase its capital from 1 mln leva (511,291 euros) to 2.1 mln leva (1.073 mln euros), BSE reports.

The company will issue 1 mln rights, which will entitle to the subscription of 1.1 mln new shares, i. e. one right entitles to the subscription of 1.1 of the new shares with a face value of 1 lev, and issue value of 45 leva.

The capital will be increased only if at least 550,000 new shares are subscribed and paid. In this case the company will raise some 49.5 mln leva (25.308 mln euros).

The emission's underwriter is CB Central Cooperative Bank.

The holding posted net consolidated profit in the amount of 674,000 leva (344,610 euros) versus 1.47 mln leva (751,599 euros) a year ago.

291 shares changed hands on the position today at prices between 42.70 and 44 leva per share.
