Hydroizomat (

) and Etropal (

) were introduced at an official ceremony on the BSE this morning.

Kiril Boshev, chairman of Eurohold Bulgaria's Board of Directors said “Etropal is the next member of the Eurohold family to appear on BSE. We are confident it will repeat the success of the previously introduced”.

Plamen Patev, CEO of Etropal, said “We will be developing in two main directions – expanding of activities of the companies with Italian participation, and participating in the privatization and sale of dialysis centers in the country.”

Eurohold will offer 1,400,000 shares, 28% of the capital of Etropal at a closed mixed auction on BSE Sofia on November 19 (Monday).

The minimum price per share has been set at 7.95 leva. Etropal's shares are floated on BSE today (November 12). The value of the issue is 5 mln leva, allocated in 5 mln shares with a face value of 1 lev. The bourse code assigned to the issue is ETR. Bids are currently at 8 leva.

Hydroizomat will offer 300,000 shares on Friday (November 16). According to CEO Jeko Jelev, the price will be between 8.50 leva and 13.50 leva. The IPO ends November 22.

The company will increase capital by 10 – 15% next year. The funds will be invested in modernization and introduction of new production methods. 300,000 leva have been invested in the company this year. 10% of production is exported to Spain.

The price on the position varies between 10 and 11.50 leva/share.

A total of 377 issues are currently registered for trade on the BSE. 32 issues have been registered this year.
