The Bulgarian Development Bank has negotiated a new 8 million euro facility from the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), for supporting small and mid-sized enterprises, the Bank said Sunday.

The agreement for the credit line was signed in Thessaloniki.

The facility will provide loans for establishment, modernization and expansion of SMEs. It will finance turnover capital and export and pre-export costs of industrial and agricultural enterprises.

The loans will be available for up to 5 years with a grace period of 18 months.

This is the second BSTDB facility that will reach Bulgarian SMEs through the Development Bank. So far the Development Bank has utilized successfully over 13 million euro from BSTDB.
