The week has so far been very dynamic on the BSE, we witnessed some signs of a possible trend reversion, but rather vague. In spite of that, all four indexes on BSE ended today's session down. SOFIX lost a tiny 0.01% to 1744.79 points and BG40 fell 0.43% to 527.51.

BGREIT and BGTR30 lost 0.28% and 0.06%, respectively, to 101.32 and 1104.42 points. Daily turnover stood at 720,346,932 mln leva (368.307 mln euros). Of 132 active issues, just 40 advanced.

The large turnover was due to two transactions of shares of EIBank worth 711,050,711 leva at a price of 110.34 leva/share. A total of 1,214,689 shares (17.5% of the capital) changed hands in the first transaction.

The second was transaction was for 5,299,490 shares (75%) of the capital, worth a total of 577,021,926 leva (2,950,413 euros). We remind that at the end of September, representatives of the Belgium KBC and of shareholders of EIBank, represented by Tsvetelina Borislavova, signed an agreement for the acquisition of 75% if the Bulgarian Bank on the part of KBC in a 295-mln-euro deal.

Of the 19 companies traded on the Official market the only advancing issues were that of Chimimport, Katex, Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis, and Sopharma.

Chimimport added 1.64% to an average of 16.15 leva at a turnover of 26,433 shares at prices between 15.81 and 16.33 leva. Bids are at 16.2 leva and asks at 16.29 leva.

The market value of Katex grew 11.39% to an average of 18.98 leva at a turnover of 16,510 shares. The company has already sold shares from the capital of Despred and Pamporovo, which would guarantee an increase of revenues this year.

Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis added 1.23% today. The Kazanlak-based company closed at an average of 3.3 leva at a turnover of just 100 shares.

Sopharma closed at an average of 8.83 leva, which is 0.92% up from the opening price. 1,582 shares changed hands today.

218,971 shares of Doverie United Holing changed hands today, bringing the average price 2.61% down. 200,000 shares were transferred in one transaction at 14.15 leva.

The following companies dropped more than 3% - Oil ans gas Exploration and Production (-3.72% to an average of 13.2 leva), Lead and Zinc complex (-3.32% to an average of 97.86 leva), Petrol (-3.12% to an average of 4.35 leva).
