Both indexes ended today’s trade higher and the turnover on BSE’s Sofia was nearly 20mln leva.

SOFIX added 0.78% to 1235.08 points while BG40 grew 0.13% to 243.86 points. 130 emissions were traded today of which 61 dropped and 40 closed higher.

SOFIX was boosted mainly by Albena whose stock rose 4.46% to 94.07 leva/share at a traded volume of 1 288 lots. Neochim also reported an increase of 2.38% to an average of 43 leva.

Monbat added 1.16 % to 9.59 leva and the stock of IH Bulgaria rose 1.2% to 7.60 leva/share.

Today was the final day for trade with the shares of Eurohold Bulgaria as a result of which the holder will be able to exercise their voting rights in the company’s capital increase. With 43 904 shares sold, the price remained unchanged at 3.29 leva.

After an announcement was made yesterday that Zlaten Lev Holding’s shareholders will vote 0.10 leva dividend distribution per share, the company’s stock rose 4 % to an average of 1.56 %

Elhim Iskra AD Pazardjik’s shares dipped 6.27% to 30.33 leva. Today was announced that on May 22 the company’s shareholders are going to vote the proposal for a 15-fold capital increase to 12 554 205 leva with own funds.

The shares of Sviloza AD-Svishtov lost 3.42% to 4.8 leva/share and a total of 11 000 of the company’s shares changed hands today.

42 792 shares of Sinergon Holding AD were sold at an average of 9.56 leva or 2.45% lower than yesterday.

4.55 mln leva of today’s turnover was realized on the bonds market and shares for a total value of 2.5 mln leva were traded on a bloc segment.
