The decline on the stock exchange continued today, in spite of the advance of three of the official indexes. The biggest climber was BG40, which added 1.94% to 519.84 points. Just seven of the companies within the broad indicator ended on positive territory today.

SOFIX eked 0.23% to 1661.69. Three of the sixteen issues in its calculation advanced today. BGTR30 added 1.61% to 1074.37.

BSE's total turnover reached 11.002 mln leva (5.625 mln euros). Of 153 active issues, 46 (30%) ended on positive territory.

The biggest gainer today was Industrial Holding Bulgaria. Shares surged 12.08% to an average of 11.23 leva after yesterday' loss at the auction for the unused rights issued in the capital increase procedures. A total of 59,479 shares changed hands today. Highest bids are at 11.2 leva and asks at 12.9 leva.

The market value of Sparky Eltos rose 0.76% to an average of 15.93 leva at a turnover of 3,014 shares between 15.05 and 16.25 leva. Bids are between 15.03 and 15.8 leva, and asks between 16.15 and 16.45 leva.

The third rising issue in SOFIX is Sopharma. The stock gained 0.23% to 8.85 leva on news of negotiations for acquisition of peers in Romania and Serbia. Bids are at 8.76 leva and asks at 9 leva.

Central Cooperative Bank and Bulgarian-American Credit Bank declined the most today, dropping, respectively, 7.13% to 9.51 leva and 6.01% to 70.09 leva.

Albena dropped 4.16% to 112.93 leva, Euroins lost 3.95% to 16.53 leva, and M+S Hydraulic dropped 3.24% to 14.01 leva.

In BG40 the following also advanced: Polimeri (+3.51% to 11.49 leva), Chugunoleene (+1.57% to 34.29 leva) etc.

Himko slumped 29.41% to 0.12 leva amid speculations, while Zaharni Zavodi shed 11.95%.

Bulgarska Roza Sevtopolis lost 6.84% to 2.86 leva, Doverie United Holding fell 5.21% to an average of 12.73 leva, and Odessos Ship Repair Yard dropped 5.13% to an average of 292.39 leva.
