The share issues of Unipharm, Balkan Progetti Management and Europe Line Group will be registered for trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), the board of directors of the bourse decided at its meeting today.

The stocks of the three companies will be traded on segment A of BSE's Unofficial market. The trade in the newly-listed stock will kick off on May 26.

Unipharm's issue amounts to 500,000 leva, distributed in as many shares. The shares will have 1 lev issue value each and will be traded under the UFM stock symbol.

Unipharm's core activity is the production of medicines, as well as scientific research and experimental work with the aim of introducing new medicines in Bulgaria. The company also specializes in the distribution of medicines both in Bulgaria and abroad.

Balkan Progetti Management's issued capital amounts to 100,000 leva. The shares of the company will be traded under the BPM stock symbol. The issue value of the shares stands at 1 lev apiece.

Balkan Progetti Management was established in 1992 and its main activities include: distribution and production of chemical raw materials, production of Linear Alkylbenzen Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) and distribution of auto cosmetics and car accessories.

The share issue of Europe Line Group will also be registered for trade on BSE. The issue amounts to 50,000 leva divided in as many shares. The stock will be traded under the ELG stock symbol. The issue value of the shares will be set at 20 leva apiece.

Europe Line Group provides consultancy services and implements projects in the fields of European funds, IT, health care and satellite research.
