Average listed prices of real estate property in Croatia rose by 0.2% in January compared to December and by 3.6% compared to January last year, announced property advertising company Centar nekretnina.

Their study included 40,000 prices listed in ads during January, 'Serbia & Montenegro Today' reports.

According to this data, the listed prices have been stagnating in the past six months. The average listed price of an apartment in Zagreb, was EUR 2,051 in January 2007.

Prices of houses are lower by 41% on an average, so the average listed price of a house in wider Zagreb area was EUR 1,209 per square meter. At the coast, the listed prices remained the same compared to December, but rose by 10.2% compared to January 2006.
