KD Pelikan AD-Sofia’s investments in capital securities reached 2.8 mln leva or 47.3% of the company’s total assets amounting to 5.92 mln leva in the end of March 2007, KD Pelikan’s report filed in BSE-Sofia shows.

KD Pelikan AD’s investments in Bulgarian securities were worth 2.197 mln leva. The biggest share in this portfolio belongs to Industrial Holding Bulgaria, Albena AD, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production AD, Chimimport, etc.

693,000 leva or 11.71% of the company’s total assets have been invested in foreign issuers - Deutsche Bank, BMW, Allianz and Commerzbank.

1.102 mln leva or 18.61% of KD Pelikan’s assets have been invested in debt securities, while investments in bank deposits account for 29.5% of the company’s assets.

Cash in checking accounts represents 3.4% of the investment company’s assets.
