The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended the first session of the week higher. The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 0.51% to 425.53 points, while BG40 gained 0.07% to 117.70 points. BG REIT closed 0.40% up at 42.79 points, while BGTR30 added 0.34% to 325.25 points.

BSE's overall turnover amounted to 9.19 mln leva. Trading on the position of Velgraf Asset Management accounted for the bulk of the figure for the third straight day. A total of 2.44 mln. Shares in the company traded hands on the day. The stock price remained unchanged at 2.33 leva per share.

The high turnover on the day may also be put down to the trades in bonds of Industrial Holding Bulgaria. A total of 2,746 bonds traded hands on the day.

A total of 75 issues were traded today with 27 of the companies posting stock price gains.

Sopharma's stock appreciated by 0.99%, to 4.07 leva per share. The traded volume on the position amounted to 19,083 shares.

Medica's stock price went up by 0.33% to 1.806 leva per share after 22,200 shares traded. Momina Krepost's stock price remained unchanged at 1.60 leva per share. A total of 1,450 shares in the company traded hands on the day.

Some ot today's decliners included Sopharma Trading (-0.21%, to 1.402 leva) and Sopharma Logistics (-1.81%, to 0.704 leva).

The banking stocks ended the day mixed. CCB's stock price remained unchanged at 1.32 leva per share, while Fibank and BACB slipped by 0.91% and 1.90% to 2.40 and 15.50 leva per share, respectively. KTB advanced by 0.47% to 64.30 leva per share.
