“At a general meeting today shareholders decided to register an issue of Lomsko Pivo stock for trade on the BSE and to list the company in the public companies register of the Financial Supervision Commission” he added.
Shareholders did not approve a capital increase with 1.00 mln from the current 4.5 mln with company’s own funds.

In his opinion the company currently does not need to raise capital. The company will look for a strategic investor in the next 1 or 2 years.
Lomsko Pivo is planning to invest a total of 800 000 leva this year. At the moment the company’s capital stands at 4.5 mln leva. Agro Invest Engineering is main shareholder controlling 98.33%. Enemona AD on the other hand owns 99.98% of Agro Invest.
Lomsko Pivo produced 6 177 hectoliters of beer this March and the company has sold 14 052 hectoliters since the beginning of the year.
