Home prices in Varna, the largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and an attractive destination of real estate investors, are traditionally among the highest in the country.

Rents for logistics properties in mid-summer are reaching 5 euro/m2 in the western industrial area and rents of warehouses average 4.20 euro/m2.

The selling prices for industrial real estate are highest in the area of Vladislavovo, where the square meter reaches 220 euro. In the other parts of the city it is between 45 and 150 euros, show data provided by Foros agency.

Rents for class A office space in the downtown area run between 10 and 12 euros/m2. Class B offices can be rented at 6-8 eur/m2.

The selling prices for office space in Varna are among the highest in the country, reaching 1,850 euros/m2 in the downtown area, and 1,000-1,500 euros in the other parts of the city.

Rents of homes average 3 – 6 euros/m2 and can reach up to 10 euros for the luxury apartments in the Greek neighborhood.

Home prices are between 900 and 1775 eur/m2, however, prices for the luxury newly built apartments near the Sea Garden go as high as 2,000 eur/m2.

Commercial real estate rents average 90 eur/m2 in the central areas and in the other parts of the city are between 8 and 40 euros. Selling prices for that type of properties run between 5,000 and 15,000 eur/m2, which is among the highest in the country.

The villas near Varna are currently rented out at between 40 and 105 eur/m2, depending on the location and condition.

The most expensive villas near Varna are those in the resorts of St. Konstantin and Elena and Zlatnia Piasatsi (1,000 eur/m2). The average for other areas is between 35 and 120 eur/m2.

Vacation apartments in Zlatni Piasatsi resort cost around 2,000 eur/m2 and about 1,630 eur/m2 in St. Konstantin and Elena resort. In other nearby areas they are at 800 eur/m2.

Agricultural land prices in the 25 km area near Varna are between 2 and 4 eur.
