Metizi AD Roman is selling one of its properties to the National Electric Company together with substation „Roman“ which is built on it. The substation is part of the national electricity network and costs 1 970 323 leva (VAT not included), BSE announced.

The property is on area of 6 296 sqm and is situated near the town of Roman, the area of Chernelka.

The price will be paid as follows: 40% via bank transfer and 60% in exchange for electricity.

Metizi AD Roman is appointing a general meeting of shareholders June 22, 2007 to vote a capital increase from 500 137 leva to 7 502 055 leva using own funds.

Main shareholder in the company is Svilen Krastanov holding 49.89 per cent of the capital.

312 shares changed hands on the position today at an average of 60.02 leva/share.
