Metizi AD-Roman is appointing a General Meeting Of Shareholders June 22, 2007 in order to vote a capital increase from the current 500 137 leva to 7 502 055 with company’s own funds, BSE announced.

The company will use the funds from its Reserves Fund which exceeds the limit set by the Commercial Law and the Statute to issue 7 001 918 new common, registered, paperless shares with a face value of 1 leva.

Each shareholder shall receive 14 new shares for free.

Shareholders will also vote the proposal to set the company’s 2006 profit amounting to 128 000 leva to the Reserves Fund.

The newly issued shares will be allocated among the shareholders for free and in proportion to their participation in the capital prior to its increase.

In case of an inquorate meeting the GMS will be held June 9, 2007 at 12.00h at the same location and under the same agenda.

The final date for transacting the shares of this company as a result of which the holder shall be entitled to exercise their voting rights at the upcoming General Meeting is June 6, 2007.

The company’s shares have risen 10.47 per cent so far today to an average of 60.77 leva at a volume of 623 sold today.
