A total 650,800 rights of Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT changed hands in three deals sealed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today. The figure accounts for 4.63% of the rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of the company.

The rights were traded at prices ranging between 0.10 and 0.13 leva apiece.

A total of 662,474 rights of the company changed hands yesterday at prices ranging between 0.03 and 0.10 leva apiece. The rights will be traded on BSE until April 9 under the R5ALOF stock symbol. The auction for the unused rights will be held on April 18, while the deadline for the subscription of the shares issued in the capital increase is set for May 10.

The REIT plans to raise its capital from 14.044 mln to 28.089 mln leva through the issuing of 14.044 mln rights. Each right allows the subscription of one new share at 1.10 issue value.

The company will raise a total of 15.449 mln leva, if the capital increase is successful. The capital will be raised only, if at least 2 mln shares get subscribed and paid.

A total of 168,000 shares in Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest traded hands today at prices ranging between 1.23 and 1.37 leva apiece.
