Nearly 60% of apartments on Winslow Gardens in Sofia'a Manastirski Livadi area have been sold before the start of the construction works. 80% of the new owners are Bulgarian citizens, the company told Profit.bg.

Most buyers are business owners, freelance workers and managers. Many of them are young couples with children.

Unlike other new projects in Sofia where properties are bought in order to be kept as an investment, most new owners in Winslow Gardens intend to make their new apartment their home. This has also been the aim of the investor – to create a place with a home appeal.

The Winslow Gardens project was developed in Proarch studio by a team lead by architect Maya Yovcheva. Its total built-up area is 65,653 square meters (above ground and underground level), which includes a 12,000 square meter park.

Winslow Gardens will be the first Bulgarian apartment complex to have its own central heating system. This will eliminate losses of energy and will give the residents full control of their heating system.

The first stage of the construction works starts in April. A few days ago Winslow Developments announced they have assigned the task to Glavbolgarstroy.

The projects is developed in partnership with RREEF, the property investment unit of Deutsche Bank AG.
