The second trading session for the week closed registering some record levels and a total turnover of BGN 12.513 mln.

The shares of Stara Planina Holding, 1115 of which were traded today, added 3.41 % to their average price of BGN 35.83. One transaction was made at BGN 38.00 which is an all time record level for this position.

The shares of CB Bulgarian American Credit Bank rose by 2.12 % to BGN 67.34 and some transactions reached a level of BGN 68.00 per share which is the bank’s highest so far.

Bulgarian River Shipping also marked a record on their position. A total of 915 of their shares were traded today at levels of BGN 235.50 and BGN 297. Their average price fell by 12.90 % to BGN 243.50.

At the upcoming general shareholders meeting appointed for 21st May the shareholders are going to vote the approval of a capital increase from BGN 1.158 to BGN 28.959mln through the issuance of 27.8 million shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value on the account of company’s own funds. Thus each shareholder will receive 24 new shares.

SAF Magelan’s shares also reached a record level of BGN 12.00 at a minimum volume of 2 shares. The bids for the position are at BGN 9.00 while the offers - at BGN 11.50.

Among the blue chips the shares of Chimimport and Petrol added 2.52 and 0.82% respectively to BGN 9.57 and BGN 4.90 and Sopharma’s shares rose by 1.12 % to BGN 7.24 per share.

Losses were reported by KRZ Odesos and Hydraulic Elements and Systems. Their shares fell by 0.43 and 1.55 percent respectively reaching BGN 171.96 and BGN 26.58 per share.

The biggest rise today was reported by Transcard -29.72% to BGN 5.15 while Elenite AD was among the losing ones with shares going down by 29.99% reaching as low as BGN 4.14%.

Today SOFIX closed with a growth of 12.96 points or 1.01 % to 1288.80 points which is the highest ever level since March 14th while BG40 fell 0.77 points or 0.30% to 253.34 points. During the trading session the broad index marked a new highest position of 255.11 points.
