We witnessed a strong start of the week for Bulgarian indexes today. BG40 added 1.57% to 374.65 points, and SOFIX slowly climbed to 1 544.99 points (+0.14%).

The advance of indexes is accompanied by strong 1H reports of the companies.

Orgachim reached a new maximum today. 181 shares changed hands at an average of 368.62 leva, or 5.13% up from last session. The stock of the Russe-based paints manufacturer also hit the record 399.87 leva at one point today

At the end of the session bids on the position were at 385 leva and asks at 390 leva.

After a strong 1H report the stock of Balkan AD Lovetch gained 9.6% to an average of 25.60 leva.
7,200 shares of the internet company Investor.bg changed hands reaching a new highest level at 14 leva. The average price added 11.4% to 13.98 leva/share.
At the end of the session bids were at 14 leva and asks at 14.77 leva.

Lesoplast continued its upward trend maintained over the past few weeks. 550 shares changed hands today at an average of 191.16 leva. A record 200 leva/share was reached at one points today.

The stock has added nearly 303% just in the past six months, which makes it one of the best performers on the local stock market. On an annual basis the price has increased by the record 572.3%.

The shares of Lead and Zinc Complex were traded actively today after the company filed a good 1H report. The price on the position added 2.5% to an average of 69.58 leva. The highest level today was 71.50 leva, which is also the highest ever on the position.

The stock of First Investment Bank, on the other hand, continued dropping. About 31,800 shares were transferred at an average of 13.35 leva, which is 1.3% down from the previous session.

The decline comes after the bank filed its 1H report, which obviously did not meet investors' expectations.

The shares of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company also dropped today despite the overall positive trend on the bourse. More than 6,500 of them changed hands at an average of 10.87 leva, or 2.3% down from previous session.
