The shares from the capital increase of Eurohold Bulgaria AD Sofia will be floated on the BSE on Wednesday, 25 July, the bourse informs.

The new 12 495 050 shares were issued in the company's capital increase from 50.003 mln leva (25.566 mln euros) to 62.498 mln leva (31.954 mln euros).

Eurohold Bulgaria raised a total of 41.86 mln leva (21.402 mln euros) in the capital increase (the emission value per share being 3.35 leva). The funds will be directed to four main areas – capital increase of subsidiaries, expanding the market of Euroins by entering 8 European countries, acquisition of companies, and construction of new sales and service centers.

At the end of June Eurohold Bulgaria announced that it had acquired the Romanian insurer Asitrans Asiguri.

Eurohold Bulgaria posted net profit in the amount of 2.054 mln leva (1.050 mln euros), and 39.569 mln leva (20.231 mln euros) in revenues this 1Q. Bulgarian Holding Corporation AD controls 64% of its capital.

A total of 5935 shares of the company have changed hands so far today on the BSE at an average of 5.29 leva.
