Orgachim AD (

) posts net profit in the amount of 6.326 mln leva (3.234 mln euros), or 12.58 leva per share, in H1, compared with 1.046 mln leva (534,811 euros), or 2.08 leva per share for the respective period a year ago, shows its H1 report.

The company has generated 56.002 mln leva (28.633 mln euros) in revenues from sales of ready production and materials, which is 41% up from last year. Export accounts for 81% of total sales in H1.

Core activity earnings stand at 5.3 mln leva (2.709 mln euros), and net financial revenues for the period amount to 1.484 mln leva (758,757 euros).

Orgachim has a core capital in the amount of 503,000 leva (257,179 euros), and own capital at 21.15 mln leva (10.813 mln euros) according to H1 data.

Orgachim AD is the biggest manufacturer of paint, lacquers, resins and adhesives in Bulgaria. The company has 12 trade labels – Fasagen, Alutin, Balcid, Ruviplast, Vinacol, Hamelecon, Protecta, Mefisto, Leco, Blago, Interin, and Emanel.

The company's main markets are those of Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Romania, Egypt, some countries in Central Europe and some former Soviet Republics.

Whitebeam Holdings Limited, controlled by Romanian Policolor, is main shareholder with 64.21% of its capital.

In April Orgachim cleared all its liabilities to the government in compliance with the Government Debt Law. The company's debt had amounted to 13.7 mln dollars and 14.384 mln leva.

A little before the start of today's bourse session bids were at the maximum price limit for the day – 459.69 leva/share.
