Polish ad market grew 12.7 pct on-year in first 9 months of 2007
Spending on advertising in Poland grew 12.7% year-on-year in the first three quarters of 2007 to 4.48 bln zlotys, Gazeta Wyborcza reports, based on data from media house Starlink.
The paper said internet spending rose by 40% in the first 9 months of theyear, while billboard advertising rose 16.4%.
Growth in the magazine and periodicals segment was slower - 4.2 % on the year.
Ad revenues are watched by investors for signals on performance by blue chipmedia groups TVN and Agora.
