Shares of five public companies will be offered during the 17th centralized public auction on BSE, which will take place between January 14 and 24. The five public companies are Emka, Lomsko Pivo, Balgarska Roza-Sevtopolis, Vidachim and TPP Maritza Iztok-3.

482,000 shares, or 16.682% of the capital of Vidachim will be offered at a minimum price of 8.97 leva each.

Emka will offer 8,964 shares (0.167% of the capital). The minimum bid is set at 16.59 leva. Monsko Pivo offers just 366 shares at 3.87 leva. Investors may also bid for 792 shares of Balgarska Roza Sevtopoli starting from 3.34 leva.

The fifth public company is TPP Marotza Iztok, which is selling 928 shares (0.99% of capital), the starting bid is 55 leva.

Shares of 96 companies will be offered at the 17th centralized public auction. Furaji Jsc sells 33.24% of its capital, Balkancar Zarya 31.986% and Balkancar-Ruen – 32.134%.
