Three of the four indexes on BSE once again ended the session on negative territory. SOFIX and BG40 remained below 1700 and 500 points, respectively. The blue chip SOFIX fell 0.78% to 1679.53 today.

BG40 dropped 0.45% to 497.7 and BGTR30 lost 0.47% to 1065.14. BGREIT was again the only advancing indicator, adding 0.68% to 105.36.

BSE's total turnover reached 15.192 mln leva (7.767 mln euros). Block and other reported OTC transactions totaled 757,000 leva and the bourse's market capitalization stood at 27.977 bln leva (14.304 bln euros). 34 out of 130 active issues ended the day on positive territory.

Infrastructure companies suffered intense pressure today. Holding Patishta lost 1.57% to an average of 1461.95 leva, while Moststroy dropped 3.68% to 229.35 leva. Today was another negative day for Trace Group Hold, which fell 3.87% to an average of 255.54 leva. Transstroy Burgas declined 5.83% to 565 leva.

Trade on the Official Market of Equities was much more active that yesterday, at least as far as transacted volumes are concerned. 15 out of 19 active ended the day with declines, two remained unchanged. The only advancing stcoks were Synergon Holding and Petrol.

Synergon Holding rose 1.08% to an average of 14.03 leva. 52,955 shares changed hands at prices between 13.86 and 14.03 leva.

The market value of fuel distributor Petrol grew 0.97% to 5.21 leva/share. 23,963 shares changed hands today at prices between 5 and 5.35 leva.

Two of the companies in the Chimimport group suffered serious corrections. These are CCB (-5.54%) to 10.06 leva and Bulgarian river Shipping AD (-5.55%) to 9.01 leva.

Chimimport fell 2.84% to 14.72 leva at a turnover of 428,085 shares.

Momina Krepost surged 19.46% to 83.11 leva on news of a possible six-fold capital increase. The company has appointed an extraordinary meeting of shareholders March 20. Under the proposal, the capital will be raised to 1.69 mln leva using own funds.

The final date for trade with the shares of the company, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to voting rights at the upcoming EMS, is March 4.

After yesterday's slide, Advance Terrfund REIT managed to rebound today, gaining 6.8% to 2.2 leva. Fair Play properties REIT also ended on green, after adding 6.04% to an average of 2.46 leva.

It emerged yesterday that trade with the rights issued in the company's capital increase will start in February instead of January as was previously announced. Fair Play Properties REIT will increase capital from 50.700 mln leva (25.922 mln euros) to 60.840 mln (31.106 mln euros) if investors subscribe the new 10.410 mln shares the fund will be offering. The new shares will have a face value of 1 leva and issuing price 2.25 leva each.
