Shares of Ruse-based Sparky Eltos will be floated for trade on BSE on February 21, (the bourse had previosuly announced February 20).

A day earlier the company will offer 300,000 shares (10% of capital) on BSE at prices between 45.70 and 55.50 leva.

60% of the stock will be offered to institutional investors and 40% to individuals. All non-professional investors must secure their subscriptions by depositing the cash with DSK Bank in advance, the company told a press conference last week.

Sparky's investments between 2002 and 2007 stand at some 22 mln leva (11.248 mln euros) and the company plans to invest another 16.5 mln leva (8.43 mln euros) between 2008 – 2010.

This year Sparky expects net profit to surge 3.7% to 9.074 mln leva (4.63 mln euros) at sales revenues in the amount of 62.312 mln leva (31.85 mln euros). 2009 profit is projected at 11.648 mln (5.955 mln euros) and revenues of 77.583 mln leva (3.966 mln euros).

Sparky Eltos is part of the Sparky Group which controls 92% of its capital. Sparky Jsc has three subsidiaries – Prosta Park, Sigma Plus and CPO Sparky.
