Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria AD-Sofia posted a net profit of 136,000 leva in the first quarter of 2007, the company’s non-consolidated report, published on the website of BSE-Sofia, shows.

Net sales in the period amounted to 9.864 mln leva, while financial revenues totaled 518,000 leva.

For the whole year 2006 Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria AD registered a profit of 815,000 leva and total revenues of 51,862,000 leva.

The company’s core capital is in the amount of 10 mln leva distributed in 10,000 shares with a face value of 1,000 leva each. Its own capital totaled 16.978 mln leva in the end of the first quarter.

The shares of Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria were listed on 19 December 2006. A total of 9 transactions have been registered since then involving 2,903 shares worth 20.3 mln leva.

Chimimport AD controls 74% of the company’s capital, while Primachim and CCB-Sila Sofia Pension Insurance company have 10.00% and 6.63% respectively.

Currently there’s a bid at 7,000 leva, but there are no asks.
