Both BG40 and SOFIX recorded largest daily gains today. The broad indicator added 8.02% to 432.55 points, and the blue chips rose 6.19% to 1402.76 points.

BGTR30 and BGREIT added 5.20% and 0.65%, to 909.65 and 99.40 points, respectively.

As of November 14, BSE indexes are calculated based on the price of the last transaction.

On a weekly basis, though, SOFIX loses 5.85% and BG40 drops 2.78%.

The blue chips have slid 20.65% since the beginning of the month, BG40 declined 18.24%.

Just four stocks in BG40 rose on a weekly basis. Petrol was the week's biggest gainer, adding 10% from 5 to 5.5 leva/share.

Next is Fazerles. Shares of the Silistra-based company rose 3.4% this week to an average of 228.7 leva.

The other two stocks gained less then 1%. These are Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis, which gained 0.73% to 2.75 leva, and Favorit Hold eking 0.37% to an average of 13.5 leva.

Elana Agricultural Land Opportunity REIT ended the week flat at 2.3 leva/share.

12 of the BG40 stocks saw double-digit slides this week.

Alcomet was the biggest decliner, losing 15.85% to 12.48 leva. The stock closed at an average of 14.83 leva on Friday.

The market value of insurer Euroins shrunk 14.95% between January 21 – 25. The average stock price went down by almost 2 leva to 11.15 leva.

Bulgarian River Shipping AD fell 13.29% this week, from 8.05 leva to 6.98 leva.

The following also suffered serious losses:Bulgarian Holding company (-12.82% to an average of 5.03 leva), BACB (-12.31% to 62.26 leva), Chimimport (-12.08% to 10.84 leva), EMKA (-11.47% to 12.35 leva), Central Cooperative Bank (-11.47% to 7.41 leva), M+S Hydraulic (-11.24% to 10.5 leva), Toplivo (-11.01% to 22.14 leva), Polimeri (-10.89% to 8.02 leva), and Zaharni Zavodi (-10.77% to 11.19 leva).
