An auction for the sale of 49,943 unused rights issued in the capital raise of Sila Holding took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

All 49,943 rights were sold in two transactions at a price of 2 leva (1.02 euros) apiece. The total value of the deals stood at 99,886 leva (51,070 euros).

Sila Holding plans to raise its capital from 91,000 leva (46,500 euros) to 2.09 mln leva (1.06 mln euros).

The rights and the new shares were issued at a ratio of 1/22. The capital raise will be considered a success, if at least 1,001,000 shares get subscribed and paid. The new shares have 1 leva par and issue value.

The deadline for the subscription of shares in the capital increase is set for May 13. No deals were sealed on the position of Sila Holding today. The bids/asks stand at 1.50/2.13 leva.
