Orders for the IPO of Specialized Business Systems may be submitted from Wednesday (July 11).
Specialized Business Systems has a core capital in the amount of 3.319 mln leva (1.697 mln euros), allocated in 66,380 shares with a face value of 50 leva. The company is planning to increase capital to 5 mln leva (approximately 2.556 mln euros) by offering 33260 shares with a face value of 50 leva and emission value of 68.00 leva.
July 11 (Wednesday) is the final date for transacting the stock of ZD Euroins as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive shares from the capital increase.
The insurance company increased capital using own funds, and shareholders will receive one new share to every three of their shares.
July 11 is also the date of the general meeting of shareholders in Bulgaria Real Estate REIT, which will vote a proposal for dividend distribution of 0.007 leva per share on 2006 income.
Friday (July 13) is the date for the general meeting of shareholders in Balgarska Roza-Sevtopolis, which was rescheduled from June 28 when no quorum was present. Shareholders will vote capital increase through the issuance of new shares, from the current 6.032 mln leva (3.084 mln euros) to 12.065 mln leva (6.168 mln euros). New shares will have a face and emission value of 1 lev.
Friday is also the final date for transacting the stock of Sofia Properties REIT as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive new shares from the capital increase.
Sofia Properties REIT is planning to purchase a regulated parecl in Sofia, Mladost area 4, near Sofia Business Park. The parcel is on an area of 1800 sq m, and the price is 150 euro/sqm, states the company's prospectus.
A luxurious office building with a total built-up area of 5000 sqm will be built on the parcel. The emission's bourse code is R2NIS.
Last week SOFIX added 6.43% to 1502.37 points, the index also reached a highest ever level at 1515.16 points. BG40 gained 2.88% to 318.82 points, a record level at 322.24 points was reached during the week.
