The company is part of the AG Capital Group – a leading real estate holding company.
The shopping center will have a total built-up area of 41,516 sqm. 7,100 sqm are designed as office space and the rest will be rented to merchants. The center will comprise a 4-level subway parking, a supermarket occupying an entire floor, a recreation area etc.
Construction is set to be completed by 2010. 31% of the space has already been rented. Next week the company is finalizing contracts with the tenants.
The investment value tops 30 mln euros. The new shopping center will open 580 new jobs and is expected to be visited by 200,000 people each months.
This is the first project of its king for the city if Burgas. The center will be situated in one of the main city boulevards – Democracy Blvd and will be in close proximity to the shopping streets Alexabdrovska and Bogoridi.
Sun City Center will be close to the administrative core of the city, which will make its office space very convenient for local businesses.
