The plot’s area is 29 999 sq.m. and the company has acquired ownership of the buildings on it as well.
At a General Meeting of Shareholders of Super Borovets Property Fund REIT- Varna held April 8, the management bodies of the company were authorized to acquire properties of a total worth of 8.5 mln leva.
Two of the non-regulated land parcels are situated on the territory of the village of Slatina, Mladost area, Sofia, Krainoto region. Their total area is 8.18 decares and the deal is worth 4 mln leva.
The recreation center and the regulated land property situated in the city of Balchik are worth 3.5 mln leva. The rest of the properties are regulated and situated in the village of Liulakovo, General Toshevo area, Dobrich region with a total ares of 36 000 sq.m. and the deal is worth 1 mln leva.
The company’s shares were last traded on BSE on 23 January at 15 leva/share.
