Sales continued on BSE on Wednesday and SOFIX dropped 2.75% to 434.77 points. The other three indexes lost more than 1% - BG40 (-1.02%, 131.66 points), BGREIT (-1.04%, 48.36 points) and BGTR30 (-1.69%, 354.64 points).

Turnover on the Official market reached 1.79 million leva. 76 stocks traded hands today, just 9 of which closed on positive turf and 9 stayed unchanged.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria lost 4.59% of its capitalization on Wednesday. The stock closed at 1.04 leva/share.

The group's consolidated revenues reached 114.8 million leva, against 85.5 million leva in 2009. The company is expected to post a net loss of 10.74 million leva for 2010, against profit to the amount of 1.63 million leva for 2009.

The loss is attributed to the negative results in subsidiaries Bulyard Shipbuilding, Privat Engineering, Elprom ZEM, ZMM Nova Zagora and Mashstroy.

Trade in rights issued in the capital hike of Industrial Holding started today. Trade will continue till March 9. The company offered 9.71 million new shares at an issue price of 1.03 leva. Thus 58.28 million rights were issued. 6 rights entitle to the subscription of 1 new share. The deadline for subscription is March 31 and the auction for unused rights has been scheduled for March 18.

We witnessed sales on the position of Fund Imoti, former Bench Mark Fund Properties, where 2% of the company's capital, or 462 271 shares, traded hands. The price dropped by more than 11% to 0.168 leva/share.

Stara Planina Hold managed to rebound most of its losses in the morning but eventually closed at -4% at 3.73 leva.

The company said it expects February revenues to rise by 49.5% y/y to 7.16 million leva.

M+S Hydraulic is expecting sales revenues to rise by 65%. Elhim Iskra expects February sales to improve by 36.37% to 3.06 million leva.

M+S Hydraulic posted January sales of 1.31 million leva, against 260 000 leva a year ago, HES reports January sales of 256 000 leva, versus 39 000 leva in January 2009 and Elhim Iskra saw revenues at 180 000 leva, against 262 000 leva a year ago.

M+S Hydraulic shares stayed above 7 leva on Wednesday at a turnover of 1000 shares. HES stayed at 10 leva/share. Corporate Commercial Bank lost 1.22% to 81 leva and Bulgarian American Credit Bank declined by 1.88% to 8.86 leva.
