Sofia BT will start the payment of 1.91 leva gross dividend per share in the first day of the new week. The general shareholders' meeting of Bulgarian Holding Company is also scheduled for today.

The initial capital raise of Expat Beta REIT will kick off on Wednesday on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The REIT plans to hike its capital from 3 mln leva to 5 mln leva through the issuing of 2 mln rights. Each right will entitle the subscription of one new share with 1.0 leva par and issue value.

The final date for the purchasing of shares in Arco Towers REIT, which will enable the shareholders to take part in the capital raise of the company, is scheduled for August 20 (Wednesday). The REIT plans to increase its capital from 650,000 to 780,000 leva.

Arco Towers will offer a total of 130,000 shares with 1.0 and 113 leva par and issue value, respectively. The company will raise a total of 14.69 mln leva, if all shares get subscribed.

The general shareholders' meeting of Yavor-Varna is scheduled for the same day, while Elhim Iskra will start dividend payment.

Yavor's shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the increase of the capital of the company from 113,000 leva to 15.08 mln leva. Each shareholder will receive 133 new shares for each existing share. Elhim Iskra will distribute 0.0421 leva gross dividend per share.

Trade in the stock issues of Capman Green Energy Fund, Bulgari Reserve Properties REIT and in the bond issue of Alu-Plast will kick off on Thursday (August 21).

The trade in the rights of Advance Terrafund REIT will continue until August 27. The fund, which invests in arable land, is in the process of hiking capital from 44.056 mln leva to 110.14 mln leva through the issuing of 66.084 mln shares with 1.90 leva issue value each. The rights and the new shares were issued at a ratio of 1:1.5.

This week investors will focus mainly on the consolidated company reports, which have to be submitted by August 31.

The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 2.91% to 1,037.91 points last week, while the broader BG40 index gained 1.23% to 258.02 points. BSE's overall trading turnover amounted to 32.3 mln leva last week.
