Developer Tishman International Companies and GE Real Estate Central & Eastern Europe have announced that four international companies have signed new leases for office and warehouse space in the newly constructed Sofia Airport Center (SAC), a $300-million, state-of-the-art business park in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, Europe-re.com reports.

The new tenant companies, Denicom EOOD, DIK EOOD, Hilti Bulgaria EOOD and Vista AWT AD, have taken space in SAC at 64 Christopher Columbus Road.

Denicom EOOD

Tishman leasing agent, Forton International, has negotiated a 62-month lease for 1,200 m² of warehouse space and 300 m² of office space in SAC for Denicom EOOD, a supplier of silicon, sealing and construction glues for parquet, wood, cork, floorings, faience and wallpapers.

DIK EOOD
Forton International represented the landlord, and Skala Di represented engineering and machinery company DIK EOOD in a 66-month lease deal for 900 m² of warehouse space and 300 m² of office space in SAC. DIK EOOD is the exclusive importer for Bulgaria of Schuller Austria high-quality tools for the construction industry.

Hilti Bulgaria EOOD
Forton International represented the landlord in negotiating a 60-month lease for Hilti Bulgaria EOOD for 900 m² of warehouse space and 375 m² of office space in SAC.

Vista AWT AD
The Bulgarian brokerage firm, Bulgaria 21, brought Vista AWT AD to the Sofia Airport Center. Vista AWT AD has signed a 65-month lease for 1,600 m² of warehouse space and 300 m² of office space in the logistics center.
