The Board of Directors in Pirinhart AD Razlog has put a temporary hold on capital incrase procedures, which already started after the company filed with the Financial Supervision Commission a prospectus for the IPO of 1 318 670 paperless shares.

The company was planning to increase capital by issuing 659,335 rights, each of which entitles to the subscription of two new shares at a face value of 1 lev.

Alfa Developments EAD Sofia controls 82.23% of the capital of Pirinhart, while Hanford Consultancy (Overseas) Limited, Cyprus has 11.0793%.

Pirinhart posted a loss in the amount of 373,000 leva (190,711 euros) in H1, against a positive result at 30,000 leva (15,338 euros) a year ago.

There were no transactions involving the company's stock on the BSE today, bids and asks stayed at 6.52 leva and 8 leva respectively.
