BSE's turnover was slightly up today, reaching 5.168 mln leva (2.642 mln euros), against 3.626 mln leva (1.853 mln euros) yesterday and 4.274 mln (2.185 mln euros) on Tuesday.
Earlier today Profit.bg talked to three market experts, according to whom it is too early to talk about a return of foreign investors to the local capital market.
Indexes were going in different directions today. The biggest decliner was BGREIT, which fell 0.69% to 100.75 points. Next was SOFIX, which lost 0.45% to 1417.19. BGTR30 dropped 0.37% to 914.87 points.
BG40 was the only advancing indicator, although it made just a slight 0.04% gain to 406.41.
55 (42%) out of 132 active issues ended on positive territory. The value of block and other agreed transactions came to 1.518 mln leva.
The posting of consolidated reports of companies had an impact on today's stock prices. Stara Planina hold added 2.61% to an average of 6.29 leva/share. The company announced consolidated earnings in the amount of 8.411 mln leva (4.300 mln euros) for 2007, which is 273% up from a year ago.
Sopharma rose 0.41% to 7.29 leva at a turnover of 6,100 shares. The pharmaceutical company's consolidated report showed profit surged 20.7% to 31.719 mln leva (16.217 mln euros). Bids are currently twice as much as asks on the position.
The day was not that good for Synergon Holding, which lost 2.41% to 10.88 leva. 20,890 shares changed hands on the position. The holding reported 2007 income stood at 11.465 mln leva (5.861 mln euros), down from 8.137 mln in 2006.
Enemona also ended on negative territory. The stock dropped 0.39% to an average of 20.3 leva. The company's non-consolidated profit last year came to 11.337 mln leva (5.796 mln euros), which is 0.95 leva/share.
Industrial Holding Bulgaria and Chimimport were also among today's decliners. Shares fell 0.12% and 0.45% respectively to 8 and 11.11 leva.
Doverie United Holding rose 0.32% to 12.41 leva at a turnover of 11,856 shares.
Eurohold Bulgaria added almost 1% after 53,965 shares changed hands at an average of 5.68 leva, or 0.89% up from opening.
Zlaten Lev Holding rose 4.19% to 1.74 leva/share. 5,437 shares changed hands on the position today, most of then in two transactions.
Just minutes ago, Billboard posted its consolidated 2007 report. Earnings stand at 5.173 mln leva (2.644 mln euros), 0.69 leva/share. The stock climbed 2.76% to an average of 8.75 leva today.
Today's list of gainers also includes Hydroizomat (+5.36% to an average of 11.79 leva), Interlogic Leasing (16.13% to 1.8 leva) etc.
