The first auction for the sell-off of 900,000 shares, or 20% of the capital of Lomsko Pivo Jsc will be held tomorrow, 19 July.

450,000 shares will be offered on Thursday. The minimum amount investors may purchase is 1 lot equivalent to 10,000 shares. BSE points out the minimum price for 1 lot will be 21,200 leva and the maximum 30,000 leva.

Most investment intermediaries accept orders till 17.00 h today, a profit.bg inquiery found out.

450,000 shares will be offered Friday, when the minimum amount for purchase will be 1 share. The minimum price increases to 2.22 leva and the maximum stays at 3 leva.

The third auction will be held on Monday (23 July) when unsold shares from the first and second auction days (if any) will be offered. Price limits remain the same – between 2.22 leva and 3 leva, 1 lot equivalent to 1 share.

The brewery's revenues grew to 3.23 mln leva (1.651 mln euros) in 1H, or 47% up from 2.2 mln leva (1.124 mln euros) a year ago,.

Net operating profit reached 401,000 leva (205,028 euros), which is a three-fold increase compared to 2006 1H.
