The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said it has approved the prospectus for the public offering of shares in Balkantoursit Elit, as well as the corrected IPO prospectus of Railway Infrastructure Holding.

The value of Balkantourist's issue stands at 15,268,031 leva (7,806,420 euros) allocated in as many shares with a par value of 1 lev, issued as a result of the company's capital increase.

Railway Infrastructure Holding has added information regarding the audited annual reports of the company and its subsidiaries.

At its meeting today the FSC also registered the amendments to the issues of Herti and Mekom.

The value of Herti's issue is 12,013,797 leva (6,142,556 euros) allocated in as many common shares with a par value of 1 lev each, representing the value of the company's registered capital.

Mekom's issue is worth 56,003,978 leva, allocated in the same number of common shares with a face value of 1 lev.

Herti and Mekom now need to apply for registration with BSE.
