The shares of three companies planning to be listed on te Bulgarian Stock Exchange were registered with the Central Depository. These are Enemona, Lomsko Pivo and Net Info BG AD, the bourse monthly bulletin announced.

Lomsko Pivo is the first of them to appear on the BSE. The company will offer 20% of its capital to investors, that is a total of 900,000 shares.

Prokopi Prokopiev, Corporate Strategy Director in Enemona AD told profit.bg that the company's prospectus has been filed with the Financial Supervision Commission two weeks ago.

„After the prospectus is approved the company will hold a series of road shows in the country and the auction for the sell-off of 20% of its capital is planned to happen in the end of July“ he also said.

„Enemona AD's due diligence will be completed in a week or two and after that the prospectus will be prepared. The IPO will be held during the second half of September“he added.

„At the moment an evaluation of the company is being prepared and it will determine some details on the planned IPO.“ said Svetlana Decheva, Net Info's PR.

|“I hope this will happen till the end of th eyear“ she added.

Main shreholders in the company are Tiger Holding Luxemburg controlling 33.22% and Viktor Penev and Luben Belov who own 17.25%.
