The general meeting of the shareholders of Monbat, Toplivo and Energoremont Holding will be in the spotlight of investors’ attention this week.

Today (28 May) the shareholders of Monbat AD-Sofia will vote a proposal to allocate the profit accumulated by the company in 2006, to the “Reserves” fund and not to distribute dividends.

Tomorrow (29 May) the general meeting of the shareholders of Toplivo will decide to authorize the company’s board of directors and CEOs to sign contracts with Gas Bulgaria EOOD, Toplivo Serbia – Belgrad, and Toplivo Beijing, China for the purchase of LPG, coal and building materials worth total up to 50 mln leva and up to $36 mln . The terms of the contracts are from 1 to 3 years.

Also Tuesday is the last date for for transacting shares of the company on BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise their right to take part in the forthcoming general meeting of Fazerles AD.

At their meeting on 14 June the shareholders of the company will vote to distribute a gross dividend of 0.65 leva/share.

The trade with the rights of Eurohold Bulgaria and Hydraulic Elements & Systems continues this week, allowing investors to take part in the capital increase of the two companies.

The rights of the holding will be traded until today, and the rights of the Yambol-based hydraulic elements producer will be traded until 5 June.

On 30 May (Wednesday) an auction for the sell of 150,000 rights from the initial capital increase of HBG Investment Properties Fund REIT will be held on BSE-Sofia.

Secondary trade with the rights will start the same day and will continue until 12 June (Tuesday). The rights will be traded under BSE code R2HBGF.

HBG Investment Properties Fund REIT plans to increase its capital by the minimum required 30% to 650,000 leva.

Wednesday is also the deadline for transacting shares as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise their right to take part in the forthcoming general meetings of Stara Planina Hold and Sparky Eltos.

The shareholders of Sparky Eltos will vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital from 2 mln leva to 14 mln leva by transforming the profit, generated by the company in 2006 and the capital reserves, while the shareholders of the holding company will decide how to distribute the company’s financial result.

On 30 May the general meeting of the shareholders of Energoremont Holding AD-Sofia will be held. Shareholders are expected to vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital from 349,340 leav to 3,842,740 leva using own funds.

The capital will be increased via the issuance of 3,493,400 new shares with a face value of 1 lev using excess funds from the “General (legal) reserves” fund and the legally required amount of 1/10 from the capital – 171,146.94 leva and 3,322,253.06 leva from “Other reserves” fund.

The new shares will be distributed between the shareholders proportionately to their interest in the company’s capital – each shareholder will receive 10 new shares for each existing share in the capital.

SOFIX was up 1.77% last week to 1,320.02 points, while BG40 grew 1.30% to 279.47 points.
