Trade with the stock of Corporate Commercial Bank starts today (18 June). The bourse code assigned to the emission is CORP.
The bank posted net profit in the amount of 5.25 mln leva (0.875 leva per share) for the first quarter of the year compared with 569,000 for the respective period last year.
Trade with the stock of Status Properties REIT also starts today. The fund increased capital from 500,000 leva to 650,000 leva through the issuance of 150,000 shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.
Tomorrow (June 19) is the date for the general meetings of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) and Blagoevgrad BT. Shareholders in BTC will vote a proposal for dividend distribution of 0.55 leva per share for 2006 and a proposal to finance BTC Mobile with 240 mln leva.
Shareholders in Blagoevgrad BT will vote a proposal for a gross dividend distribution in the amount of 2 374 823.03 leva or 0.878 leva per share.
An auction for the sell-off of 700,000 rights from the initial capital increase of ERG Capital 3 REIT will be held on the BSE on Wednesday, June 20. The company is increasing capital form 14 mln leva to 21 mln leva via the issuance of 700,000 shares with a face value of 10 leva and issue value of 20 leva.
The Fund is currently working on five projects and the land the company has acquired up to date is on an area of 54,186 sqm.
June 21 (Thursday) is the date of the general meeting of shareholders in Sinergon Holding which is to vote a proposal for the distribution of 10% of the profit or 1.333 mln leva (0.09 leva per share) as dividend. The remaining part of the profit is to be left as undistributed profit.
Shareholders will also authorize the management bodies to purchase a property in Sofia, Mladost 1 area. Blvd Alexander Malinov, on a total area of 9 519 sqm.
The total value of the deal is 11 422 800 euro (22 341 054.92 leva) or 1,200 euro per square meter.
Friday (June 22) is the date for the general meetings of Zaharni Zavodi, Zlaten Lev Hilding and Unimash. This is also the starting date for trade with the shares of First Investment Bank on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Shareholders in Zaharni Zavodi will vote the proposal to set 10% from the 6.193 mln leva accrued profit of the company over the past several years to the General Reserves Fund and 90% to the Additional Reserves Fund. The General meeting of Zlaten Lev will vote the distribution of 0.10 leva dividend per share.
The forthcoming general meetings of Metizi and Unimash will both vote proposals for capital increase. Metizi intends to increase capital from 500 137 leva to 7 502 055 leva and Unimash is planning an increase from 389 984 leva to 2 339 904 leva using own funds.
Last week the SOFIX index added a minimum of 0.16% to 1349.30 points and BG40 lost 1.60% to 295.43 points.
