Profit.bg found out that the number of public companies in Bulgaria will grow by three more in the upcoming weeks.

Mart Bulgaria Jsc, Dahlia EAD and Bioiasis Jsc will be performing secondary public offerings soon.
Mart Bulgaria was founded in 2002 and is a distributor of vouchers and various pre-paid packages for communication services.

The company has offices in six Bulgarian cities – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Haskovo and Veliko Tarnovo. The bourse symbol assigned to the issue is MART, its value stands at 1 million leva.

Dalia is a manufacturer of wooden furniture. Its capital stands at 400,000 leva and the trade symbol assigned to the issue is DALIA.

Bioiasis Jsc sells and distributes medical products to clinics, pharmacies and hospitals. The value of its issue stands at 200,000 leva, allocated in as many common shares with a par value of 1 lev. The trade symbol assigned to the issue is BIOA.

Members of the company board of directors include Georgios Kisas – chair and executive director, Dimitrios Sotiropulos – member and Dimitrios Dumbalis – member. Main shareholders are Georgios Kisas (70%) and Dimitrios Sotiropulos (30%).

There have been four SPOs in Bulgaria since the beginning of the year – those of Stock Plus, Sopharma Trading and Astera Cosmetics.
