„Todorof“ AD-Sofia has gained 100% property over two assosiations, it became clear from a message of the Bulgarian stock exchange. These are Poliarts Eood and Vini art EOOD.

The subject of activity of Poliart EOOD is a touristic activity, while Vini art OOD, which has a decree of the regional court of Plovdiv and was renaimed to Todorof- agro EOOD, has for activity a producement of agricultural production.

The purpose of the investition in these assosiations, specilized in definite spheres, is to take up the cultivating of the vines and the manging of the hotel,how it was planing in the prospectus of the assosiation.

Poliarts EOOD is going to take up the activity of managing the hotel complex, the visits of the SPA center and the cellar. Todorof-agro EOOD will take up the cultivating of the vines and the producement of grape, annouce the company.

Today in 8 deals were buyed 69 223 shares from the assosiation on levels of 1.767 and 1.82 leva, when the value of the transactions come to 124 910 leva.
